R.I.P. Hazel's dad

LATEST UPDATE

HAzel's dad underwent a brain scan this afternoon. The results was not encouraging. This is what i understand from Hazel's sister. That time Hazel was crying and cant tell me what's happening, so her sister helped and talked to me about the situation.

A normal person's acceptable brain index is around 15. The critical readings will be around 3 or below. The results from Hazel's dad's brain scan revealed a reading of 3. The doctors said that her dad's brain had been severely damaged. In other words, Brain failure.

Hazel's dad is currently on a life support system.

Another brain scan will be done at around 6:30pm to double confirm the result. If the results still shows a very low reading of the brain damage, the family have decided to let him go and back to where he came from.

Please pray for Hazel as i know that she will break down in tears again when the 2nd results comes back.

Pray also for her dad that if it is God's will, He will take Hazel's dad to HEAVEN and to be in a far more better place.

Hazel told me to just say how much she really appreciates the prayers and concern. She knows all of you guys' heart and care. Pray that God will peacefully take dad to where he came from and enjoy a better life with God our Father.

UPDATES

Hazel's dad is still in the ICU lying unconscious since saturday afternoon. He fell into the state of unconsciousness after the 2nd fall in the house. He fell backwards on the floor inches away form the sharp edges of the table. Thank God!

The doctors have their best for hazel's dad. Giving him medication and so on. But he is not responding to the medication very well. So they have stop giving him medication.

Her dad has high brain pressure. For a normal person, the brain pressure will be less than 25. But hazel's dad's brain pressure is 60. Tonight hazel told me it shoot up higher again to 80 now. The high brain pressures was due to some blood cloth. With high brain pressures, he suffered some brain damage. The doctors had done an operation on him when his brain pressure was around 27 previous day to remove part of the skull so that the brain pressure can be further reduced. Initially the brain pressure came down. But it still constinues to rise over time. According to specialist, the consequences of the high brain pressure, her dad might have some memory lost and his character might change. This is because the damaged area of the brain affects the memory and character.

Tomorrow her dad will undergo another brain scan. Just pray for good results and no complication will further arise.

Hazel will be busy and tired from all these. She said not to expect SMS in return coz she doesnt want to repeat the whole story again. Adding to that, she also said that she understands ur concern and love towards her. Prayer is all Hazel needed for a miracle from God to take place and bring her dad back to a conscious state so that Hazel can once again tell her dad "I Love You". She just wants her family to be together again.
